Business Services

In most cases, services provided to businesses are charged on an hourly basis to the nearest quarter of an hour.

*Without Maintainance Contract*
On-site: $75/hour	In-shop: $45/hour	Remote: $45/hour

Emergency Service Without Contract

On-site:

* Maximum CPU does not charge extra for emergency service. We understand that things don't always break down at a convenient time. This is one of the many ways in which we provide unsurpassed service to our customers.

* Emergency service done with a maintainance contract will be done at the same rate as normal service work under the maintainance contract.

* Maximum CPU will make every possible attempt to get a technician to your location to repair the problem or pick the computer up to bring it back to the shop the same day.

With Maintainance Contract

Rates are dependent on the amount of time purchased and the length of the contract. Emergency service will also be done at the same rate as regular service work under the maintainance agreement.
